eBay Seller Integration

Connect your eBay seller account to automatically import orders and upload tracking information.

Prerequisites

Before You Start:

• Active eBay seller account
• eBay Store subscription (recommended)
• AtoShip account
• Orders awaiting shipment

Connecting eBay

Step-by-Step:

1. Go to AtoShip Dashboard
2. Settings → Integrations → Add Store
3. Select "eBay"
4. Click "Connect to eBay"
5. Log in to eBay
6. Authorize AtoShip
7. Return to dashboard

Authorization Permissions

What AtoShip Accesses:

Order Import Settings

Configure Import:

Settings → eBay → Import Settings

Options:

• Import frequency (15 min to daily)
• Order status filter

• Listing type filter
