Track all your shipments in one place. Understand tracking statuses and keep your customers informed throughout the delivery process.
Tracking Your Packages
From the Dashboard:
- Go to Labels History
- Click on any shipment
- View real-time tracking status
Using Tracking Number:
- Enter tracking number in search
- View detailed tracking history
- See estimated delivery date
Understanding Tracking Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Label Created | Shipping label generated, awaiting pickup |
| Accepted | Package received by carrier |
| In Transit | Package moving through carrier network |
| Out for Delivery | On delivery vehicle today |
| Delivered | Successfully delivered |
| Delivery Attempted | Carrier tried but couldn't deliver |
| Exception | Issue requiring attention |
| Return to Sender | Being returned to origin |
Tracking Events Timeline
Each shipment shows detailed events:
- Date and time of each scan
- Location (city, state, facility)
- Event description
- Next expected event
Setting Up Customer Notifications
Keep customers informed automatically:
- Go to Settings → Customer Notifications
- Enable tracking notifications
- Choose events to notify:
- Shipment created
- In transit updates
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
- Exceptions

- Go to Settings → Branding
- Upload your logo
- Set brand colors
- Customize message
- Preview and save
