Made a mistake or order canceled? Learn how to void labels and get your money back.

When to Void a Label

Valid Reasons:

  • Order canceled by customer
  • Incorrect address entered
  • Wrong shipping method selected
  • Package not shipped
  • Duplicate label created
  • Wrong weight/dimensions

Void Eligibility

Can Be Voided:

Cannot Be Voided:

  • Already scanned by carrier
  • Package delivered

  • International with customs filed

How to Void a Label

Single Label:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Shipments
  2. Find the label
  3. Click "Void Label"
  4. Confirm void
  5. Refund processes

Multiple Labels:

  1. Dashboard → Shipments
  2. Select multiple labels
  3. Click "Bulk Actions"
  4. Choose "Void Selected"
  5. Confirm all voids

Void Process

Timeline:

Void Request → Processing → Refund Applied
    Day 0      1-3 days     Wallet credit

What Happens:

  1. Label marked as voided
  2. Tracking becomes invalid
  3. Carrier notified
  4. Refund calculated
  5. Credit to wallet

Checking Void Status

View Status:

Dashboard → Shipments → Filter: Voided

What's Refunded:

  • Base shipping cost

USPS Voids:

  • Instant void available
  • Refund: Same day to 24 hours
  • Credit appears quickly

UPS/FedEx Voids:

  • Void request submitted to carrier
  • Refund: 1-5 business days
  • Depends on carrier processing
