When to Void a Label
Valid Reasons:
- Order canceled by customer
- Incorrect address entered
- Wrong shipping method selected
- Package not shipped
- Duplicate label created
- Wrong weight/dimensions
Void Eligibility
Can Be Voided:

How to Void a Label
Single Label:
- Go to Dashboard → Shipments
- Find the label
- Click "Void Label"
- Confirm void
- Refund processes
Multiple Labels:
- Dashboard → Shipments
- Select multiple labels
- Click "Bulk Actions"
- Choose "Void Selected"
- Confirm all voids

Timeline:
Void Request → Processing → Refund Applied
Day 0 1-3 days Wallet credit
What Happens:
- Label marked as voided
- Tracking becomes invalid
- Carrier notified
