Setting Up Your atoship Account

Getting started with atoship takes a few minutes. You don't need to submit an ID or business documents — once your wallet has funds, you can start buying labels.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Visit atoship.com and click "Create free account"
2. Enter your name, email address, and a secure password (company name and phone number are optional)
3. Or sign up with your Google or GitHub account

Step 2: Add Funds to Your Wallet

Labels are paid for from your prepaid wallet. Click Billing in the sidebar to add funds.

Supported Methods:

• Credit/debit cards
• ACH bank transfer
• Wire transfer
• Cryptocurrency (available after $200 in card deposits)

Auto-Recharge: Turn on auto-recharge on the Billing page to keep your balance topped up. Choose a balance threshold and a recharge amount, and your card is charged automatically whenever your balance falls below the threshold.

Step 3: Add Your Ship-From Address

Your ship-from address appears on your shipping labels:

1. Click Addresses in the sidebar
2. Click Add New Address
3. Enter your complete address
4. Set it as your default if this is your primary location

Account Security Best Practices

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in Settings
• Use a strong, unique password
• Invite team members from Settings and give each one only the access they need
