AtoShip accepts multiple payment methods and uses industry-leading security to protect your financial information.
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit/Debit Cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Bank Transfers:
- ACH (US banks)
- Wire transfer
- eCheck
Adding a Payment Method
Adding a Card:
- Go to Dashboard → Billing → Payment Methods
- Click "Add Card"
- Enter card details
- Verify with CVC
- Card saved securely
Adding Bank Account:
- Go to Payment Methods
- Click "Add Bank Account"
- Enter routing and account numbers
- Verify via micro-deposits
- Takes 2-3 business days
Managing Payment Methods
Setting Default:
- Mark any card as default
- Used for auto-recharge
- Can be changed anytime
Removing Methods:
- Go to Payment Methods
- Click card/account to remove
- Confirm deletion
- Keep at least one active
Updating Expired Cards:
- Update before expiration
- Auto-recharge fails with expired cards
- Receive expiration reminders

Data Protection:
- PCI DSS Level 1 compliant
- Card data never stored on our servers
- Processed by Stripe (industry leader)
- 256-bit SSL encryption

Two-Factor Authentication
Enabling 2FA:
- Go to Settings → Security
- Enable two-factor auth
- Scan QR code with authenticator app
- Enter verification code
- Save backup codes

- Users with billing access
- High-volume accounts
Fraud Prevention
Built-in Protection:
- Unusual activity alerts
- New device notifications

What to Watch For:
- Unexpected charges

- Password reset emails you didn't request
- Balance changes you don't recognize
Bank Transfer Details
ACH Transfers:

International Payments
Currency:
- All transactions in USD
- Cards charged in USD
- Bank handles conversion
- No additional AtoShip fees
International Cards:
- Generally accepted
- Bank may charge forex fee
- Verify card works for US transactions
Refund Processing
Refund Methods:
