Is the atoship Shopify integration free?
Yes. There is no monthly fee, no per-label fee, and no subscription. You only pay for the shipping labels you buy, at discounted carrier rates.
Does it work with Shopify Plus?
Absolutely. The integration works with every Shopify plan including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Shopify Plus. The setup process is identical.
Can I keep using Shopify Shipping at the same time?
Yes. atoship does not disable or replace Shopify Shipping. You can use both side by side and decide per order which one to use. Many sellers use atoship for the better rates and fall back to Shopify Shipping when convenient.
How fast do orders sync?
Orders sync in real-time via Shopify webhooks. When a customer places an order, it typically appears in atoship within a few seconds. There is also a scheduled sync that runs every 30 minutes as a safety net.
Does atoship handle returns?
Yes. You can generate return labels through atoship and the tracking information syncs back to Shopify. Return labels use the same discounted rates as outbound shipments.
Can I use the atoship API with my Shopify store?
Yes. Everything available in the dashboard is also available through the REST API. You can build custom automations, integrate with your warehouse system, or create your own shipping workflows programmatically.
